Evaluation of Samaritans Telephone, Email and SMS Emotional Support Services
Samaritans have commissioned an independent evaluation to improve the quality of their helpline services. Researchers at the University of Nottingham are inviting anyone that has used the Samaritans telephone, email or text messaging services to take part in the research.
Before the research began, Samaritans consulted widely with volunteers and service users about how the research should be carried out. The consultation took place between the 10th September and the 12th October 2007.
