Neuropsychology, Brain Science and Emotional Wellbeing

A new seminar series, Neuropsychology, Brain Science and Emotional Wellbeing, has been launched which offers people the chance to make a real and positive impact on child mental health.

Friday 25th May: The Young Brain (0 - 10 years)- Living and Learning at the Leading Edge


Friday 22nd June: The Teen Brain (11-19 years) - Living and Learning at the Leading Edge


Friday 16th November: The Fragile Brain (all ages)- Living and Learning at the Leading Edge


The three sessions - The Fragile Brain, The Young Brain and The Teen Brain, will provide the very latest research from the fields of neuropsychology and brain science and then link it with best practice in school and care settings. This knowledge is the key to develop practical tools for boosting emotional wellbeing and learning ability. It impacts on:

- Engaging learning
- Building enthusiasm and motivation
- Increasing self-respect and emotional wellbeing
- Developing resilience
