Talk. Listen. Save Lives
Choose Life is calling for Scots to lift the lid on their emotions and sign a pledge to be more open about their and others feelings in a bid to improve the nation's mental health and help prevent suicide.
Many Scots find it difficult to talk about the problems and challenges they face in their lives. This can lead to problems getting worse and people's overall health and mental health deteriorating. Some people feel so bad that they begin to think of taking their own lives.
Having the courage to speak out about your emotions, and also having the ability to sensitively listen and empathise with those seeking support, could help save a life.
All images received to date were used to create the start of a collage that was unveiled to the public on 10th September to mark the start of Suicide Prevention Week.
The collage is a work in progress, with every picture we receive, the collage will grow and suicide will become less of a taboo.
To sign up to the 'Talk. Listen. Save Lives' pledge and confirm your support, you simply need to submit a head and shoulders photograph of yourself to pledge@chooselife.net along with an attached submission form.
