The National Resource Centre's mental health programme (west network) and Men in Mind (a mental health service working with black and minority ethnic men in Edinburgh) are working in partnership to offer a unique training opportunity.

This is a full day's interactive training session being delivered by Akin Fatunmbi and Stuart Campbell in conjunction with ourselves at NRCEMH. It will cover themes of ethnicity and culture in relation to mental health and wellbeing, the process of race equality in Scotland and practice issues for mental health workers.
If you are involved as a practitioner, planner, researcher or user of services, are interested in the cultural aspects of mental health or have a role promoting the positive mental health of Scotland's diverse black and minority ethnic communities, then this event is for you.
