See Me Volunteer Speaker Recruitment

See Me, the national campaign to end stigma and discrimination around mental ill health, is looking for volunteer speakers. They would like to hear from people who live in Edinburgh who have experienced mental health problems and would feel comfortable giving talks about how other people's attitudes to mental ill health, both positive and negative, have affected their lives.

The talks will take place in venues such as schools, colleges, workplaces and community groups. Full training in public speaking and information about 'see me', and their work, will be provided.
