Choose Life forms part of the East Renfrewshire Community Health and Care Partnership Mental Health Strategy.
The vision is that people with mental health problems in East Renfrewshire enjoy equal access to the support they need to recover and lead satisfying, meaningful lives without experiencing stigma and regardless of age, ethnicity, gender or disability. And that all partners play their part in encouraging the development of a mentally flourishing community.
This strategy proposes a different way of working together to deliver positive outcomes across partner organisations. The strategy is organised around four key change themes:
The mental health strategy will be subject to regular monitoring through the mental health planning arrangements and will be formally reviewed on an annual basis to ensure consistency with data, legislation, policy and demand.
