Desired Outcomes

- The project will provide a community based initiative that can contribute to the prevention of suicide in the local area of Wester Hailes. It will focus on addressing the needs of young people who are attending one of the local secodary schools.
- The project will aslo make a contribution towards the devlopoment and implementation of local training and awarenss raising programmes.

The LEAP for Health model is being used by the project to evaluate its effectiveness. The Choose Life Implementation Co-ordinator will have a key role in monitoring and evaluation.
